Collaborating with the talented folks at David Miami to bring to life the innovative texting features of Google Messages, the objective was to explore the key question “Can texting do more?” Spoiler alert: Thanks to Google Messages, it certainly can!

A textured soundscape featuring a diverse set of voices formed the inspiration for the visuals. The variety of techniques, from pixels to claymation, reflects the distinct personalities of the voices. With rigorous attention to the technical subtleties of lip-sync animation, the final product captures the ways Google Messages celebrates unique styles of communication.
